EQUIP is a one day camper workers training in the Spring to prepare staff and staff in training for camp policy & to provide leadership training. A training is provided for West/Middle TN and a training for East TN. This is a mandatory training that must be completed in order to work in the Camp Hickory Hills summer camping season.
