Kim Batson is Director of Junior Camp: children ages 8-10 years old. Kim has a passion for children and the camping ministry. She has worked in camp for 20 years and has directed youth camp for the past 7 years. Kim is currently serving as Children’s Ministry Director of Tennessee for the Church of God of Prophecy. Kim has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. She supervises case managers who work with children who have mental illness. The camping ministry truly had a strong impact on the person she is today. Kim received her calling at Youth Camp at age 17. Her vision for the camping ministry is to assist campers in developing a stronger relationship with God. Each camper has a specific purpose and plan. It is her prayer that each camper will realize this plan and be equipped to fulfill their destiny.
